Catalyst is a five-day “residential leadership programme” which aims to support students, recent graduates and other young people who want to make a difference. Don’t expect PowerPoints or lectures – the programme is workshop-based, is outside and features one-to-one coaching. Course leaders say it provides space for reflection and exploration of what career direction to take.
Catalyst is based at Embercombe, a social enterprise and charity in Devon.
In 2010, the programme runs in the summer (20-25 June). The cost is £225 (£180 if booked in advance) and includes course fees, materials, food, accommodation, and transport from Exeter.
