“As it's the start of another New Year, lots of people will be thinking about changing their job to follow a more fulfilling career,” said ethicalcarees.org editor Trina Wallace. “We'd like our new ethicalcareers.org Facebook group to act as a forum for all of our web visitors and a platform for debate.”
In 2007 Facebook's audience grew by an incredible 523%, showing the potential it has to change the way people communicate, even mobilising users worldwide to campaign on issues like the Burma crisis.
Wallace added: “Landing your dream job that doesn't harm people or planet can take a fair bit of research and preparation. Hopefully our new Facebook group —Ethical Careers Guide — will give visitors the opportunity to share their career search challenges and successes.”
